Current Job Openings

FIREFIGHTER – Applicants must have a willingness or ability to train in firefighting methods and procedures with the expectation of acquiring certification from the SC Fire Academy. Residency in Greenwood County is required. 

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have a valid SC Driver’s License. The above stated position takes into consideration any equivalent training or experience. The City of Greenwood is an equal opportunity employer.
