West Court Avenue streetscape project began in September 2013 as the 11th phase of the implementation of the City Center Master Plan. The construction included the entire stretch of W. Court Ave from Main Street to Monument Street at the Greenwood County Courthouse. This project included new sidewalks with decorative brick paver band, new decorative lighting, relocating utilities underground, new decorative crosswalks and new landscaping.
