Fire Department Request Form

Requests, using the form below, should be submitted at least 10 business days in advance. Please provide the date, start, and end times and address of the program or event, as well as the name, phone number and email address of a contact person. Additionally, please include a description of the program or event and the targeted audience. We will accommodate as many requests as possible; however, some dates may not be available. If we are unable to accommodate a request for a particular date, and that date is flexible, we will do our best to offer an alternate date.

The Greenwood Fire Department would like to assist you in making your home as safe as possible.  While we currently are unable to provide smoke alarms or batteries, members of our department can visit the home to install your alarm or batteries and ensure they are functioning properly.
