For the next several months, join with the members of City Council as they lead litter pickup in their City Ward. The first of these cleanups will be held this Saturday, May 11. Hosted by Ms. Hutto in Ward 1, participants will meet at Trinity Baptist Church (910 Sweetwater Rd, Greenwood), at 9:00am. Litter will be collected along Sweetwater Road and in the surrounding area. All supplies (bags, grabbers, safety vests, etc.) will be provided.
Additional cleanups will be held on June 15th with Mr. Robert Dean in Ward 2, July 20th with Ms. Betty Boles in Ward 3, Mr. Johnathan Bass on August 10th in Ward 4, Mr. Matthew Miller on September 14th in Ward 5, and Mr. Ronnie Ables in Ward 6 on October 12th.
